Do you need heat exchangers made of polymer and/or metallic materials? We are the right partner for you with our complete range of heat exchangers SYNOTHERM®.
Our SYNOTHERM® heat exchangers are individually designed and produced. Even in the most difficult installation situations, we choose an optimized execution for you due to various dimensions and connection options. Our 3D-CAD-drawings allow a perfect integration into the tank. After your order, you will receive the drawings for approval, which can be provided in various CAD formats.
With our self-developed heat exchanger software we design the heat exchanger SYNOTHERM® accordingly to your requirements. We provide detailed information such as the heat/cooling demand, the required flow rates and the pressure loss.
For the efficient design and manufacture of the SYNOTHERM plate heat exchanger we kindly request two forms which can be found using the links below:

b) the form for the dimensions of the heat exchanger
Immersion heaters for all metal treatment processes
We stock removable core and rod type immersion heaters. They are suitable for positioning on the side or bottom of tanks and can be used for frost protection and keeping constant temperature in storage tanks or IBC’s.
